STYLE GODDESS OR JUST PLAIN MADNESS? WHAT'S GOING ON?

Trying to get attention sometimes can allow for irrational behaviour or how else can one describe this style as worn by this normally gorgeous lady. 

Yes we quite understand that style is individualistic in nature, and that one man's meat might be another man's bone, but we have always thought that decency should always be the watchword. Do not do things that will allow for some to go stark raving mad or you could face the consequence. One can still do style without necessarily coming out looking like a playmate or plaything or better still sex on 2 legs.

Come to think of it, someone once said that, we dress the way we want others to perceive us or we want others to address us, so our delightsome lady here,  most definitely wants to be seen as or perceived as sexy or what else?
