Tarmar is one of Nigeria's Top Model who plies her trade majorly in South Africa. If truly there were Supermodels in Nigeria or from Nigeria, she would be classified as one of them, that's by virtue of her profile and the level of jobs she has done. She has covered several magazines, both in Nigeria and her base in South Africa and has cat-walked for some of the best designers at both locations and even in the UK. The 5 foot 11 inches tall model, with vital statistics of Bust- 32, Waist-23.5 and Hip-35.5 is presently signed on to one of the best Model agency in South Africa-ICE MODEL AGENCY, same agency as that of Bisi Sowemimo.
The very lucky model, has been chosen to represent Nigeria at the next Top Model Worldwide Competition 2012, which would take place at the Hilton Metropole,London, on March 17,2012.
Top Model Worldwide is a leading International Model search-which seeks out the best model talents from across the globe. Each campaign consists of a diverse mix of finalists, from Runway to Photographic models, from all Nationalities. All the finalists are selected by interviews and industry professionals.
Tarmar would be one out of about 40 models from around the world competing and vying for the top spot. The list below are the names of the finalists confirmed for the 2012 grand-finale.

The awards categories for the 2012 edition are-TOP MODEL WORLDWIDE 2012,1st,2nd & 3rd Runners ups, Public vote winner, Best Photographic Model, Best Runway Model, Best Underwear & Beachwear Model, Natural Skin Model, The Models Model Award. Apart from the trophies and other main awards that the winners in each category would go away with, all the finalists are entitled to the following- Professional runway training, photo-shoot opportunities and professional career guidance.
