Miss Global Queen, Judith Ilechukwu Leaves For Jamaica

The winner of the 2011 edition of the Miss Global Nigeria beauty pageant-Judith Ilechukwu is leaving the country to Jamaica for the international edition of the show this Tuesday, September 13, 2011.

Leading the Nation’s contingent to the Caribbean Island Country is her chaperon-Faith Irabor, would is been supported by Make Up Artist-Seyi Agbaje, Logistics Director-Naomi Yetunde Adegbulu and Director of Photography.






It would be recalled that, the international journey was part of the prizes won by the Nnamdi Azikiwe University undergraduate of English & Literature, aside winning a Renault Car, which was presented to her by the Trinidad & Tobago High Commissioner in Nigeria, Ambassador Nyahuma Obika, at the shows grand final in Lagos.

As part of her preparation for the international event, the beauty ambassador went through various grooming sessions- Skin Waxing by Funmi Jerome,Cat-walking-by Bayo Adegbe of MODELA, Hair-Grooming by Oreke Beauty Parlour, while one of Nigeria’s topflight fashion icons-Data Okorodudu of JD 7 Couture managed her wardrobe including the evening gown.
Others that have supported the trip are Lise Beauty Range-Eni Balogun, Adlux studios owned by Ade Adeniyi, where the Queen had a fabulous photo session, while one of the event’s sponsors- Dark and Lovely also gave her parting gifts.    
In her words, the  very intelligent Beauty Queen who was full of appreciation, promised not to let the country down, more so because of the torrents of supports she’s gotten from every quarter, however, she was supposed to see the Governor of her State but the people’s governor’s busy schedule did not permit the visitation, as it has been postponed to a later date after her international trip.
