As it's usual with the organisers of the Lagos Jazz Series, where they bring a major headliner to be a part of the always great week, the international personality invited to participate at this year's week long festival, tagged Lagos Jazz Series 2013, which is the 3rd in the series is none other than the incredibly talented Jill Scott.
