ARTIST FORMERLY KNOWN AS SNOOP DOG NOW SNOOP LION

The smoke (Marijuana) must have been second to none or why else, would the Hip-Hop star known to all before his Jamaican visit as SNOOP to the D.O.G.G now all of a sudden have an epiphany and decide to change his name to Snoop LION? 

According to Snoop, he has just discovered that he is the reincarnated Bob Nesta Marley, the late reggae king. So henceforth his new name  is SNOOP LION and not just that he has also fully embraced reggae and the culture. He got 'Born Again' according to himself after a visit to Jamaica in February of 2012. So from now on it would be good music that kids and grandparents can listen too. By the way, what's that you are smoking Snoop?

GOOD NEWS FROM ACROSS THE SEA-EG DROPS NEW BABY

Remember that we dropped an exclusive a while ago about the gorgeous lady who was on the 9-months course for a designer's husband. Yes, we think that should have juggled you guys memories, the delectable new baby mama is none other than EG. According to our normally very reliable source the new mom dropped her bundle of joy only a few days ago, in faraway America. Though we are not 100% sure about the sex of the newborn, but from the feelers we have received its most likely a baby boy! Yipee!!!! We are always elated and very happy, when we hear about little bambinos. 

Mother and Child are said to be in perfect health.

WHO SNAGS IT BEST? STYLE WAR AGAIN. POSH BECKHAM VS. J LO VS. LUCY MECKLENBURH

The outfit in our style war today is by Victoria Beckham; it's a tangerine stretch crepe dress with a parachute strap halter, having a form-fitting silhouette. Its part of the Victoria Beckham spring /summer 2012 Collection.

While Style Maven Posh Beckham wore hers with a Nude Guiseppe Zanotti Shoes. The other contender in our style war, the one and the only Jennifer Lopez wore the exact same colour, but paired hers with chunkier sandals, Lanvin 2-strap Sturdy sandals. The third contender in the style war is a cast member on The Only Way Is Essex, at 20 years old; Lucy Mecklenburgh is already showing the stuff of which she is mad of, at least on the style stakes. She wore what looked like the Victoria Beckham creation.

So who got it perfectly right? Who did more justice to the outfit? The designer- Posh? J Lo? Or Essex's own darling-Lucy M?

ROBBERY AT ORIENTAL HOTEL-Yvonne 'Vixen' Ekwerre's TOYOTA CAMRY STOLEN

Imagine you parking your car at a spot and then coming back much later and the car seems to have vaporized into thin air. That was the exact scenario that played early this morning at the Oriental Hotel, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.  Yvonne 'vixen' Ekwerre had gone to the hotel to cover 2 events, first party was the YNaija #Hashtag Party and the second event was Florence Ita-Giwa's party (Heard the party was for her daughter's birthday).

Getting to the event venue, the gorgeous Silverbird Television presenter was directed to the other wing of the Oriental Hotel, where people park whenever the space at the main wing is filled up. She went to her different events and made sure to have enough fun, doing what she knows best, at about 1am, it was now time to go home. Alas! The car, a Toyota Camry had disappeared into thin air, thinking whether she might have parked somewhere else, she went in search of the car, until reality hit after a while, that her car had been stolen. Apparently someone who must have had a master key and was probably lurking around at the car park opened the car and just drove away.

From our little findings, though not fully confirmed yet, that about the Fourth car stolen at the Hotel's car park. The curious thing from what we learnt is that the security guys at the hotel do not seem to care, not only that there is supposed to be security cameras monitoring the car park, whether it is functioning or not is another business. A lady whose car was stolen at the same park not long before this new one, was said to have gone to the gutter to check if by chance the car could have fallen in there. 

We heard that all effort to get the hotel management to show Vixen the CCTV footage proved abortive, firstly the Chief Security Officer at that part of the Hotel was Chinese and he couldn't speak English, also some of the security details at the other part said the management of the other part where the car was stolen was not their concern.

So what do we do now? Once you all are going to the Oriental Hotel for any reason. You are parking at your own risk. Chikena!!!!
